Downtown Campus - The building that teaches! A landmark project for education, business and the community, the campus is a state-of-the-art educational facility housing instructional programs, student services, business services, and conference and meeting facilities. Together with the Titan Court student apartments next door, the campus is a showcase of sustainability meeting the highest standards in building design and energy efficiency. "Your success starts here."
Health and Wellness Building
The design of the Health and Wellness building focused on sustainability. The building features a "lung" that acts as a chimney drawing fresh air in from open, operable windows and flushing warm air from the building. This eliminates stale, contaminated air from the zones and provides a comfortable environment without the use of mechanical cooling. Health-and-wellness This natural ventilation feature, along with extensive use of natural lighting strategies and ceiling fans, creates an exceptional learning environment maximizing the use of natural resources and minimizing the utilization of non-renewable energy. We are proud to have played an important role in helping this building achieve its design potential. Congratulations to the design team on receiving a 2011 DJC Top Projects Award, we look forward to LEED Gold. In addition to the Health and Wellness building, Clima-Tech has been involved in projects at five other campus buildings over the past three years. Each of these buildings has a unique footprint and design but all have one thing in common, Automated Logic Direct Digital Controls. Automated Logic provides control modules and control logic programming capabilities that allow mechanical designers to meet the exacting needs of the innovative architectural designs and sustainability features
